Stir-fry sauce

Multi-Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons of chili garlic sauce or Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients into a medium bowl and whisk until combined. This is a great sauce for steamed vegetables, stir-fry or even a marinade for chicken or shrimp.
