- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons of chili garlic sauce or Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
Combine all of the ingredients into a medium bowl and whisk until combined. This is a great sauce for steamed vegetables, stir-fry or even a marinade for chicken or shrimp.
