- 1 round of brie, 16 ounces
- 2 peaches, cut into small pieces
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
Cut off a very thin slice of the rind on the top of the brie round to expose the creamy center. Place the brie back into the wood container.
Place the brie in a SmartSteam™. Top the cheese with the honey, peaches and bacon. Cover the pan with the lid, keeping the valve open. Warm the cheese by turning the heat to medium-low to low. Once the cheese is starting to melt and it becomes warm, remove it to a plate, top it with basil and serve with crackers or crostini.
