Frozen Yogurt Cups


  • 2 cups yogurt, your choice of flavor
  • Fresh berries
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey


In a medium bowl combine the granola, butter and honey. Place about 1½ tablespoons of granola in each muffin cup of a 12 cup muffin pan.

Spoon about a ¼ cup of yogurt over the granola filled cups and top the yogurt with berries.

Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Remove the yogurt cups from the muffin tins when ready to serve, or once frozen, place in a freezer safe container and keep frozen for up to 2 weeks.
