Chimichurri

Ingredients

  • ½ cup parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 scallions
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients into a food processor or a bowl (if you want to use an immersion blender). Blend until the ingredients are combined and pureed. Add a few tablespoons of water to thin out if needed.

Sauce will keep in the refrigerator for about 3 days.
