- 4 pieces of fish such as cod, mahi-mahi or salmon
- 3 cups of fresh vegetables such as snow peas, red bell peppers, bok choy, broccoli, etc.
- 1 full recipe Stir Fry Sauce
- Scallions for garnish
Drizzle about a tablespoon of oil into a 5 QT SmartSteam™ and heat it over medium heat. Place the vegetables into the pan and lay the fish on top of the vegetables. Drizzle the fish with the stir-fry sauce. Cover the pan with the lid and cook it for about 12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the veggies are slightly tender. Garnish it with chopped scallions.
