Antioxidant Overload Smoothie Bowls


Green Smoothie:
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • Ice
Berry Smoothie:
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • Ice
  • Granola, unsweetened coconut, chia seeds, toasted almonds, additional fruit


In a blender, combine all of the ingredients for the green smoothie except for the ice. Blend it on high for about 30 seconds, scraping down the sides if necessary. Add in a handful or two of ice and blend for an additional 30 seconds. Pour the green smoothie into one side of two shallow bowls.

Rinse out the blender if desired and repeat the process with the berry smoothie ingredients, adding the ice last. Divide it between the two bowls, swirling together with the green smoothie if desired.

Top with an assortment of crunchy bits and additional fruit. Enjoy!
